On Tuesday, twelve lucky KS2 children visited Wagamama restaurant in Leopold square as a reward for improving the presentation of their work. All of the children received a goody bag containing an apron and some other treats. Throughout the course of the morning they learnt how to prepare vegetables to make their own noodle dish and made their own fruit juices - all of this was done using fresh fruit and vegetables.
Well done to all of those children!
The next presentation reward trip will be to Pizza Express.
Will you be joining me?!
Please could all children have their PE kits in school as soon as possible. Lessons will take place as much as possible outside in the sun (fingers crossed!) so a sun hat which can be left in the PE bag would be a good idea.
If you are unable to provide a PE kit for your child then please see Mr Littlewood.
We asked you to send in some pictures of you enjoying a rare snow day. The film below is just a selection of the lots of photos you sent to us. Thank you for sharing your fun with us!
Every year the Confucius Institute at the University of Sheffield ask us to be part of their

They hold a city wide art competition and this year we celebrated the year of the dog.
Congratulations to our winners.

We have some amazing artists at our school.
Here are a few photos of our fantastic time in the snow. More photos will be added when permissions have been checked.
All children in key stage 2 have been working really hard to improve the presentation of their work. As a reward, twelve children went to Pizza Express on Ecclesall road and made their very own Margherita Pizzas! Well done to those children. There are pen licenses up for grabs and more reward trips coming up so keep working hard to improve your presentation. Mr Hayden
